Ah, didn't know you had migrated.... Understand your
concern... Don't think I'd feel confortable with a bunch of
drunken Brits totting guns next door.... Probably have to
think about setting up a minefield between us...

I don't think mines are legal in england either, I'm afraid. Unless you're
selling them to foreign governments, that is, then maybe you could call is
a show field and get away with it. But the whole point is moot because the
british pack there houses so tightly you cant fit even one mine between
houses.

But that's all right there's probably 25 cameras watching your street at
any one time. They'll at least record what happens to you so it can be
shown on some tv show later. I think I trust that even less, cause frankly
i doubt they employ stellar people to man the surveillance screens.

I'd bet its a minimum wage job, which obviously means they will have quality
staff.....

Times change CF. I'm sure the bash will be reincarnated in another form
some other time.

Shame they made a pigs ear of HL2M as it might have been that but I
wasn't going to install Half-life just for one bash.

Sorry, CF, i've had a busy fortnight (and, as it seems for now, a shared
net connection which gets saturated on a daily basis) - although i've no
idea when it was supposed to be, I thought you normally did those things
on sundays?

Yeah, 'fraid so Mr. Fodder. I really do enjoy a game, and I'd love to
try it but my life's upside-down at the moment and I don't enjoy stable
net access so I can't commit to anything
