I recommend Shareaza (http://www.shareaza.com). It works with other P2P networks too, and it currently downloads strawberry at insane speed!

I used to use Shareaza, but found that there were a lot of fake files, andthey were on the up :-( That's why I switched to torrents, I've never had afake file with torrents (touches wood).

Shareaza downloads torrents just fine, and it has a nice interface
(unlike that other torrent client I have).
