How do you deal with Tanks + Marines + Medics? It seems that Terran can
get this combo before Zerg can get any good antidote.

I'd say lots of hydra's, muta's, and lurkers.

If Terran goes MMT real fast (like just as you're getting lurkers) then
chances are they skipped an engi bay and also have only one base (no
expansions.) In this case a muta rush straight to their workers
coupled with defensive micromanagement to slow down their offense is
best.

Defilers require a Hive--that takes a lot longer than the combo I
mentioned.

I just don't think Zerg is very strong anymore.
