Quotes from Oblivion exec producer Todd Howard's interview with IGN:

Will the PS3 version include the downloadable content that's available for
the Xbox 360 and PC versions? No:
"The downloadable content is actually designed to work with a game that is
in-progress and doesn't work as well with a new game. So instead we focused
on Knights of the Nine as the new stuff to add to Oblivion."
Will you be able to download that content separately? No:
"Downloadable content is something we'd like to support on PS3, but right
now that's really in Sony's hands."
Is the Knights of the Nine content at least exclusive to the PS3 then? No:
"We always aim to have all our content available across all platforms, so
that is our goal."
Will the game use the SexAsses controller's tilt functionality? No:
"We aren't supporting tilt."
Will there be a Collector's Edition with the book of background material,
bonus DVD with "The Making of Oblivion", coin, etc.? No:
"Standard edition only." (They could have at least put all the bonus DVD
material on the disc and filled up some of that useless Blu-ray capacity,
but they apparently decided not to bother.)
Will the PS3's HDD give it an advantage over the Xbox 360 version? No:
"We use it pretty much the same way we use the 360 hard-drive."
Will the PS3 version look noticeably better than the Xbox 360 version? No:
"Our goal is always to make the game look and feel consistent across all
platforms." He does say that there will be less of an obvious division
between near detail and far detail in the game though: "You no longer have a
harsh line cutting across the two levels, they blend together seamlessly and
the distant detail and land looks much nicer."
So there you go. No downloadable content, no collector's edition, the
Knights of the Nine stuff is coming to the 360 and PC, no HDD advantage, no
Blu-ray advantage, no tilt functionality, and slightly better looking
visuals for distant scenery. If that's not reason enough to spend $600 on a
game console, what is?
Poor Bliggy. First he crows about how incredibly superior Oblivion will be
on the PS3, then he regurgitates a hilariously false post saying, "Every
texture is being replaced with new extremely-high resolution ones. It's
basically what Bethesda wanted to do the first time until they ran into the
DVDs capacity limit. BluRay fixes that little bottleneck."
Um, no.
