There's a tab for settings in the dashboard, click on memory & it allows

I dont mean a saved game . I have the full game pf call of duty on it but
want it gone. I just don't know how to uninstall it.

He's basically saying that he has a modded Xbox and that he put Call of Duty
on that modded Xbox and that now he wants to remove the game from his modded
Xbox.

My answer is -> he's a fucking idiot and that he should deal with the
problems he has from using a pirated machine on his own or talk to other
pirates.
