Default Low frame rate.

I recently got a new graphics card. It's an ATI Radeon X550 with 256MB of
ram on it. I used to use an Nvidia Geforce 4 with 64MB of ram on it. But
my frame rate in Quake 2 in open GL mode is lower now. Now I have about 25
frames per second. In software mode I have over 100 frames per second.

Can someone tell me why?

Hmm. It seems to have fixed itself.
