everyone defeated NFSMW
I just completed the game .. yay me *Heh*
but .. i decided I wanted to go back and play the game again.
So i created a new alias. I just beat the first guy.. here is the wierd
thing .. it already said that guy on the blacklist was already defeated
(before I beat him) .. i thought maybe it was a fluke. .. I am working
on Taz .. but it again says "Defeated" over his picture when you pull up
the blacklist window.
is this a known bug?
or should I delete the profile and just start again?
i was able to race against Sonny, but going to the star on the map,
which was good, but I couldn't just hit the "2" key when in the
blacklist window.
any ideas?

I met the same way
I think it's a bug
My version is 1.3
I dont know how about the other versions
Maybe they dont have this situation

No problems like that here. v1.3 also.

as the other 2 reported they are using v1.3 .. and i am also using 1.3

Ok this is really wierd .. i just noticed that everything is unlocked ..
and yet i am just now facing Izzy. probably has something to do with
the bug ..
but none the less I do have a question:
Do i have to apply each of the performance upgrades to get full
advantage of them? .. example with the transmission .. start with the
lowest one, then buy the next one up, then buy the NEXT one up .. and so
on for transmission for engine, for everything else?
or can i just buy the top of the line when i can afford it . and still
get full benefit of that transmission or that engine or what ever?

No, just install the highest level upgrade that you can. I didn't
bother installing any junkman parts on the car for career mode,
since my goal was to win each Blacklist members car, then using
each car for the next level.
The only exception is when setting up a "my car". You should
install "maximum" upgrades first, then go back and install junkman
parts.
