Default Need help w/Pokemon Sapphire version

Need help finding the COIN CASE. Done everything I can think of to find it
but can't! Even restarted the game but still no luck. It says "Go see the
lady next door" but I can't find her either. Help please! Thanks.

Well, I hav'nt realy played Saphire since 5th grade.. But Im preety sure you
give "HARBOR MAIL" To the lady in the house RIGHT of the "CASINO".
You can get Harbor Mail at Slateport city.
