Splinter Cell 5 exclusive to 360
It will probably eventually be ported to the PS3. I don't believe that the
360 or the PS3 are significantly more powerful in either direction and I
think that every game on one console is possible on the other.

This is not a timed exclusive. It is console exclusive to the Xbox
360. There will not be a PS3, PS2, GCN or Xbox version. I agree with
your 360/PS3 power comparison.

Splinter Cell 5 exclusive to 360
This matters little. Splinter Cell is merely a Metal Gear wannabe,
whereas the true Metal Gear games have always debut and been best on
the Sony Consoles.
It's clear that the Xbox fanboys are jealous of the MGS4 exclusivity
that the PS3 enjoys, and have to continually bleat about how they have
just-as-good games.
It's rather like the knock-off replica brands one finds in Mexico.

Yep. It is horrible. As far as I know Splinter Cell is complete
devoid of the shreak alarm and also the exclaimation points over the
heads of the enemy. That makes it a knock off of MGS and its prune
juice swilling Snake!

Between MGS and Splinter Cell exclusivity, I prefer Splinter Cell. I fell in
love with the realism of Splinter Cell with the first game. Before I tried
it out, I thought it would just be an MGS ripoff. After playing it, I
realized it was better in every way.
