A few posibilities, (others will confirm or deny or add mroe)
1) It is still there but your action bar has scrolled to the next one,
you see you actually have 5 or 6 of them. Click on the little up and
down arrows to the right of the = (equals sign) holder. Or press shitft
and move your mouse wheel. You might be on action bar #2 or #3 and your
heroic strike icon is on action bar #1
2) Somehow it got displaced. Open your spell book and find heroic
strike in the arms sections (I think arms) and click and hold and move
it to the action bar square of your choice. I use #4.
3) For future reference when you get defensive strance (I guess you
don't have it now) and click on defensive stance you will see some
icons vanish. Click on battle stance again and they will reappear. I
think Heroic Strike requires Battle Stance (possible works also with
Berzerker Stance - I forget). I was shocked the first time I clicked to
defensive stance and lost half my icons on the action bar. BUt happy to
see them reappear when I clicked Battle Stance.
