Sha makes the occasional smart arse remark, walks around and stretches.
How do you make her shoot and climb?
Also the sound seems to cut off after about 10 mins and I have to restart
the application...

Just be patient. Lara dances to no tune but her own.
Make sure she's got some windows she can reach. i.e. not too high. If you
(double-)click on her she'll roll but beyond that she'll do her own thing.
(They could have programmed her a little better but hey! it's free!)

Yeah, they could've added just a few more activities. Aside from her
commenting on how messy my hard is! 
I was hoping that when she got to the top of the window that she'd walk
across the top of it. That way I could build obstacle courses for out
of overlapped windows! 
Have you figured out what "Walk" and "Reverse" do on her menu? I tried
"Walk" and she trotted across the screen but when I hit "Reverse",
nothing happened! So, now I'm not too sure "Walk" did anything.

My Lara just graced me with a new move ! The bottom of a
windows was at the level of shoulders, and she bended down to walk
under it. Fun.

Sometimes she does : she pulls herself up, walks on top of the
window, and when she arrives to the ledge, she either falls down, or
hangs down the top of the window and keeps on moving this way.

That's what I do. It seems she enjoys climbing up the highest
window, and then I just let her fall down from window to window. Like
I needed new ways to waste my time...
This would have made a fine screensaver, too.

If I click her, hold the click and drag I can move her about - she sort of
'hangs' by her hands from the mouse pointer. I then drop her above a
window and she walks to the edge, and (sometimes) then shimmies across the
top of it
